Super SHABBY CHIC vintage meat safe, recently rescued from a victorian house in Wales which was undergoing kitchen refit and sadly this lovely item had been removed.....

I have since lovingly restored it and repainted it in Farrow & Balls no 33 Pea Green which is a true vintage kitchen green colour,,,,,,has then been rubbed back here and there to expose some of the original white paint underneath.

 Has had a lovely piece of vintage laura ashley wallpaper fitted to the back which tones in just right with the green of the cabinet

 Has its original zinc mesh sides which considering its age are in lovely condition....a few nibbles here and there all adding to its vintage charm 

 Has lovely victorian handle

 This piece was originally wall hung but the hanging hook was beyond repair so sadly we had to remove, it would be very easy, however, to fix new hooks if need be or could be left free standing upon a dresser base or worktop

 approx 46cm wide x 62cms high x 30.5cms deep

I also have a smaller meatsafe I am currently working on if this is not to your taste or the size isnt right
