Now for the nitty gritty.......
ORDERING
Ordering couldnt be simpler....you merely place the item/items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and then proceed to "checkout" where you will be guided through the simple and secure payment process. Your address & details will only be used for the purpose of sending your item and will not be passed onto any third parties.....

purchase to see if I can combine postage costs
PAYMENT
Payments preferably to be made via paypal where you can use any major credit/debit cards ..... it is a very secure way of paying and all your purchases come with paypal coverage should any problems occur .... you do not need a paypal account to use this service its simply a matter of registering at www.paypal.co.uk .....or if you already have a paypal account you can use your paypal balance.....
I have been using paypal problem free for over ten years and would highly recommend this for any online purchases
However.....we will take a personal cheque should you not wish to use paypal but please note it takes seven full working days for a cheque to legally clear the system and we do not live near our bank so can only bank once a week so paying via cheque is not advisable if you wish your item in a hurry.........cheques made payable to Mrs A.S. Jones and please email for address details.....

SHIPPING
Whilst every effort is made to send items out within a few days of cleared payment we also run a busy Vintage & Interiors business so during our busy spells a little more time may be needed ~ therefore please allow 14 days or more during busy periods ~ IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM IN A HURRY PLEASE EMAIL....IF WE DONT KNOW WE CANT HELP and every effort will be made to get your item out on time....
All items are extremely well packed and in recycled materials where possible
All items have a shipping cost on the actual page .... if you are ordering more than one item I am happy to combine postage where possible but please note it is not always possible to do so as for many items charges are worked out on the weight which will still be the same if sent individually or all together also it may not be physically possible to put certain items in the same box.....however we will always do this where possible .... please email any questions you may have....
INSURANCE
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items within the postal system , however, we always obtain proof of posting and will assist in any such claims....please note most couriers at the moment do not cover items such as china or other fragile items against damage in transit, as I pack all my items extremely well and have even sent to the Australian outback without issue such items are sent entirely at your own risk and Ruby Tuesday cannot be held responsible for any such loss or breakages.

TERMS OF SALE
All items to be paid in full as per payment details before any item will be despatched....all cheques must have cleared the banking system
Please note the majority of our items are vintage/antique/pre-loved and as such may show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.... to me this is part of the charm of vintage items but if this look is not for you please do not purchase as refunds cannot be given on this basis......any major faults/damage/repairs etc will be mentioned in the item description or please ask if you are unsure !!
Any "new" items but with a vintage look will be described as such
All ages/sizes/colours etc are approx and given to the best of my ability...... I do have a photo studio and try my best to give an accurate representation of an items colours but I am not a professional photographer.....
RETURNS
In accordance with your statutory rights items cannot be returned after 7 days
All returns must be made with prior agreement and any sent by means other than signed for / insured / tracked will be refused and sent back
Please note original post and packing charges will not be refunded
Please also note that any return will be subject to a handling and restocking charge of 10% of purchase price
We do not give refunds once an order has been processed simply because you have changed your mind especially on specific telephone orders or china orders
