    DO YOU COMBINE POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES top

    YES ~ Where ever possible we will combine purchases to save on post costs but it really depends upon the items purchased ie. if the postage costs are based on the weight of heavy items even if 2/3 are put in the same box the rate will still work out the same although I can sometimes send via courier which works out a touch cheaper.......if in doubt please ask prior to purchase !!

    DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS ? top

    YES ~ We do send items worldwide apart from larger items and furniture but please enquire PRIOR to purchase on shipping rates etc to the particular country of destination

    WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ? top

    We prefer payment through the website via secure system through paypal where you can use either a paypal balance or if you do not have a paypal account it is a simple matter of registering then you can pay via debit/credit card.........however we will take a personal cheque if you prefer but please note we live quite rural and can only visit the bank once a week so no item will be sent out until it has cleared the banking system which legally takes 7 full working days.........please email for details on where to send a cheque to...   

    DO YOU HAVE A BROCHURE ? top

    Sorry " No " ~ as most of our items are genuine vintage or one off pieces it would be impossible to provide a brochure as stocks are changing on a daily basis.........please see our sister website for more stocks at www.rubytuesdaysvintagehome.co.uk

    ARE ITEMS COVERED BY INSURANCE ? top

    All items sent via Royal Mail upto the value of £36 come with insurance  ~ for items over this value if you wish to have insurance you must request this as it must be charged as an extra at time of purchase

    CAN ITEMS BE COLLECTED ? top

    YES ~ Items can be collected from our home here in Shropshire or Acorn Antiques in Wrexham Wales , however, this must be pre-arranged so if you intend to collect please either email at dejavuantiques@btinternet.com or ring Ian on 07720 691939 to arrange...... 

    DO YOU SOURCE ITEMS BY REQUEST ? top

    YES ~ Having been in the antique trade for well over 20yrs and the retail trade since 1990 we have a huge portfolio of traders, wholesalers etc to draw from so if we havnt got what you are looking for we may well know a man who has !! Please email with any requests and we will do our upmost to fulfill them.... 

    DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ? top

    Generally NO ~ All our items are both photographed and described with upmost honesty, where there is damage it will be mentioned, hence all items are "sold as seen" .... most will have been pre-used or pre-loved so may show signs of useage or wear therefore returns cannot be accepted on this basis....if you are not a fan of the vintage look please do not purchase....

    This does not affect your statutory rights

    If you have a genuine problem with your item please email as customer satisfaction is high on my list and I would like to think I treat customers as I myself would like to be treated so genuine problems will be dealt with on merit .....
