Made by West Bend in the USA in 1967

leaflet states it is made of chromium-plates steel with stainless steel inset and can be used for either keeping hot food hot or cold such as ice cubes etc......

says it.... " goes wherever the fun is !!! ideal for everyday home use, picnics,buffet luncheons or porch parties "

Has design of penguins all around and bakelite handles and knob to top of lid

still has instruction leaflet with it
