300 SERIES BAKELITE TELEPHONE

A wonderful vintage telephone from the 1940's which has been fully restored and converted for modern day useage complete with bt plug...simply plug it in and away you go....

This particular model was made for the GPO by Siemens brothers and a lovely vintage touch is the original siemens label still to the front of the telephone along with the original siemens marked handset

A typical 300 series model which was the first model the GPO did with intergral bells and has that superb " Dixon of Dock Green " ring...has twin bells inside so quite a loud ring on this model

Has mint condition black sheathed handset cord and rubber feet and chrome Alpha-numerical dial ie numbers in red and letters in black.... also has the little pull out cheese-drawer where you would have kept your little card of local dialling cards... phone will be supplied with a very good quality reproduction dial code card

We can supply free of charge a very good quality reproduction dial label with your telephone number printed on which I can do either by computer or on my 1920's remington typewriter for the ultimate vintage touch....or can be left blank if you prefer....can also provide a very good quality copy of the dialling code card for the cheese-drawer

Is in MINT condition with gleaming bakelite case no damage or repairs
