We have been buying/restoring/selling and collecting all manner of Antique Telephones for over 25 years now (this being hubbies part of the business "Deja Vu Antiques") you may well have seen our advert in Period Living Magazine from which we have run a successful mail order business from way back in 1990, which really began as an extension of our Antiques Shop and as our own personal collection of antique telephones grew far too large !!
THE RESTORATION
All restoration work is done by ourselves in our onsite workshop and has been for the past 25 years...each one being lovingly restored back to its former glory, converted for modern day useage and finished with a visit to our onsite polishing-shop where the grime of decades is removed and the bakelite brought back to the condition it would have been when originally installed into someones home all those years ago !!
All come complete with modern BT plug and lead to enable you to plug in and away you go .... all original microphones are fully checked and if in full working order are left in situ as there is no need to change if however there is a problem a modern microphone will be fitted....
DIAL LABELS
We can provide a very good quality reproduction dial label with your number on should you so wish...
THE GUARANTEE
All telephones come with a written 5 year parts & labour guarantee (provided it has not been tampered with in any way....) does not cover misuse or accidental damage
We have a house full of these lovely old telephones which are used on a daily basis and no telephone leaves here if it is not to a standard that I would be happy to have in my own home so please buy with confidence !!
finally please check your current telephone provider for pulse dialling all our telephones are tested on standard BT phone lines and whilst we have had no problems with Virgin or other cable lines we cannot be held responsible for obscure cable companys if unsure please check with your provider
Postage within UK is generally £12.50 via courier - Highlands and Islands the couriers dont cover may be a touch more - generally within the US and Australia and such shipping will be in region of £50 and £25 to Europe though may vary at time of shipping
